Tasneem Dohadwala is a seasoned attorney with experience across a variety of legal areas. She worked in the litigation departments of the international law firms Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP. As an attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) during the Great Recession, she conducted investigations into failed banks regarding professional liability and financial crimes. She gained healthcare experience working for Gilead Sciences as a commercial lawyer. She has broad litigation experience in commercial, securities, class actions, and complex cases.
Ms. Dohadwala earned her J.D. at UCLA School of Law in 2001, where she served as an Editor of the law review and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA in 1997. She is a licensed attorney in California.
